A recent report by the travel app company has found that its app, which is meant to help travelers find transportation to destinations across the US, is plagued by serious bugs.
The app is being used by millions of people, and it’s been used by them for far longer than they can afford to upgrade their phones.
The bugs are so bad, in fact, that Kmart is looking into whether to remove the app altogether from its iOS and Android apps, according to a statement by the company.
The issue is with the way the app works.
“In the past, we have worked with developers to make this platform more robust, but this does not always work,” Kmart wrote in a statement posted on its website.
“This has resulted in a large number of crashes and user experience issues.
We are looking into ways to resolve these issues in the future.”
The app’s developer, John L. Pritchard, has told reporters he doesn’t plan to fix the bugs anytime soon.
“It’s really bad news for Kmart,” said Joe Kogan, who recently left the company to launch his own travel company.
“I think it’s sad, but it’s also a little scary that the big companies are so invested in the idea that the user experience is what they care about.”
In addition to the bugs, the app also allows users to make purchases from the app, and sometimes, if the app asks them, users can’t pay for their transportation because it’s either unavailable or too expensive.
Piles of Kmart’s customers are now using the app to book flights.
Kmart said it’s investigating the problem and is working to fix it.
Kogan said he has already found a way around the bugs by adding new “additional fees” to the app.
The app, meanwhile, is currently available for iOS and for Android, with a new version expected to be available for both platforms in the coming weeks.
The new version of the app will be available to anyone who wants to update their device to iOS 11.
“We’re really excited to bring this to market,” said Pritkind.
“The app has proven to be incredibly useful for our customers and our team.
We’re working with the app developer to fix this issue so that the app can be updated for all users.”
In a statement, Kmart acknowledged the problem, but did not say how long it would take for the company and the developer to resolve the issue.
“Although we are currently working with Kmart to resolve this issue, we are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our users and the vast majority of our customers,” the statement said.
KMart’s iOS app is now being rolled out to iOS and Mac users.
Piotchard’s company, Kustom, is also working on a new app that it says will be ready in the “near future.”
“This will help users get the most from the travel experience by offering them access to a variety of Kustom’s popular services, including Uber, Lyft, and AirBnb,” the company said in a post on its blog.
“By bringing together these services in a single app, Kivy and the Kustom team are delivering the safest, most intuitive way to connect with travelers all over the world.”
